Made in DCA Print Studio
This screenprint was created by Hetty Haxworth, a registered user of DCA Print Studio.
Haxworth's prints document the movement of light over the local landscape, capturing a moment in colour. These screenprints are inspired by a lake within walking distance from her house. When the lake froze over, a small oval was kept from freezing by the birds who swam round and round in circles and this ever-changing shape informed these new prints.
DCA Print Studio is an open access space, located on the Lower Ground floor of DCA, provides state-of-the-art facilities to create print, photography and digital work. Anyone can become a registered Print Studio User – find out more at www.dca.org.uk.
